- Skill source: HR mini master info type 0024 or infotype 1001 DB table.
- Tag source: HR mini master info type 0024 entries found in table T574A/B or infotype 1000 DB table.
- Tag name source: This is the ID that is sent as "Name" in FSM.
- Tag descr.: This is the name of the qualification found in tag source and shown as "Description" in FSM.
