The core retail process in Digital Service Workplace is depicted in the following picture. Other processes and modules such as purchase lead and complaint management are involved as per the actual daily work cases. 

The sales process is guided and controlled by a configured workflow that can be customized to fit to the customer's business needs. 

In the following pages, you can find the description of each process in detail, including: 

1) process flow 

2) configuration required (set-up keys, business cases, etc..)

3) output expected (communication with the customer, documents such as offer, and order, scheduled activities, etc..)
