/PACG/ECM_DMSI – Determine SAP DMS Doc. Cloud->SAP

Starting from FSM Cloud Connector Add-On version 200, the entire attachment configuration should be maintained with transaction /PACG/ECM_CUST_ATTA - Inbound/Outbound Attachment Configuration. DMS- and BDS-specific transactions included in this folder should no longer be used, as well as attachment-related fields in company configuration transactions (/PACG/ECM_COMP - Company definition, /PACG/ECM_CPROP - General Properties of FSM Cloud Connector).

This particular customizing from now on should be maintained in node ‘DMS configuration’ of the new Attachment configuration.

Configuration for DMS related inbound attachments. This transactions allows to link attachments created in reference to a certain cloud message type with DMS document type. Like in the picture below: attachemended to the FSM Activity object will be then added to the DMS document type ZPK and linked with SAP object /PACG/ECMA (which represents E4C Activity object)

Configuration properties:

  • Cloud message type - External message type name used in FSM Cloud

  • Document type - DMS document type defined in transaction DC10

  • SAP Object - SAP object type defined in OD11

  • Document status - Key which represents current document status.

Option ‘Status change’ which can be set in the document type definition is currently not supported. Setting this option to TRUE will cause an error when trying to save an inbound attachment

  • Default storage category DMS - storage category that should be used for storing files as defined in OACT
