Reminder	Calculate reminder datetime for activities. The purpose of the reminder is to notify technicians/mobile app users before activity start. Possible options include, among others: No reminder – do not calculate a reminder 0 minutes – the reminder’s datetime is equal to the activity’s start datetime X minutes – the reminder’s datetime is X minutes earlier than the activity’s start datetime The calculated reminder value can be found in outbound activity idocs: The reminder value can be found in SAP FSM, in Query API, for the Activity object: The reminder datetime is displayed on the SAP FSM mobile app, on the activity level: It’s been observed that the reminder might not automatically trigger any notification on the mobile app. It might be necessary to use a business rule to trigger notification or email reminder based on the date calculated in SAP ECC/S4.
