Service Checkout on various steps of workflow

Transaction /PACG/ECM_SASA allows user to decide on which service workflow step checkout will be done.

 

Steps to be performed for service checkout in various steps of workflow:

  1. Decide which workflow status will trigger service checkout. Enter this status in transaction /PACG/ECM_SASA and check the box “Run Checkout”

2. Go to technician mobile app and use the workflow step entered in the customizing above. Keep in mind the activity number

3. Setting this workflow step should trigger checkout procedure in ERP and create record in table: /PACG/ECM_SCOA - Service Check Out: Activities
