/PACG/ECM_CUSLOG

This customising lets you decide which of the two available logging mechanism to use:

  • SAP Application Log - this solution is used in the Connector from the very beginning and it’s nothing more but implementation of SAP Business Application Logs interface (BALLOG)

  • FSM Business Process Cockpit Log - this is Connector specific solution for collecting and viewing logs. It allows users to search logs in a way which is business document oriented e.g. based on the service order number or activity number

Available options:

  • Log type - select logging solution

  • No Log Info - when this option is enabled logs with level ‘Info’ will not be collected

  • No Log Fullsync - during fullsync logs will not be collected

  • Reduce E4C log - only errors are collected

  • Total [ number ] - logs are collected into packages identified by guid. Due to the BALLOG limitations these packages cannot grow infinitely. After the number of logs will exceed the number defined here new package will be created with new guid. This impacts till certain extent how the logs are later displayed in SLG1

FSM Connector utilizes logging functionality to display information to users in almost every transaction (like the one below). For this reason options enabled in the transaction /PACG/ECM_CUSLOG can impact information shown to users
