The Message Broker 3.0 for Windows - content of the ZIP is following:

As mentioned in Installation of FSM Message Broker, ZIP file must be extracted to a target folder and then ‘config’ directory has to be moved to the folder containing binaries (folder ‘windows’ in the ZIP file). This should result in the following directory structure for Message Broker drive:\some_path\mb_binaries_folder\config eg. C:\program files\FSM Message Broker\config
