Maintenance view where statuses of Service Call are defined. Transaction corresponds to /PACG/ECM_SCSTD - Status of Service Call

  • (-1) Closed - the predefined status Closed indicates the service call is technically completed by the technician. The service call can be marked as Technically Complete on the Service Calls screen and all activities related to the service call have been closed.

  • (0) Released - the predefined status Released indicates that linked activities are visible in the planning list below the Planning Board and can be assigned and released to technicians. Technicians can then start and complete work on linked activity

  • (1) Deleted/Cancelled - the predefined status Cancelled indicates that the service call was cancelled and can no longer be planned or executed.

(S4)PACG 200 SP 14 Maintenance view allows only for translating entries. It’s not possible for any other modifications – table is filled by the setup.
