If duration option is set to order or person in split customizing (/PACG/ECM_CSPLIT - Time Effort - Time Frames for Activity Type), FSM Cloud Connector will sum up CATS hours posted for a given technician on a given day, omitting postings with activity types included in this transaction.

For work time/time effort, please leave the country field empty. For work time, please leave the plant field empty.
