/PACG/ECM_CPRTA – Anonymisation text

If the Anonymised description field is set, then this value will be seen as the person reservation type description in FSM. Otherwise, the SAP description of the leave type will be displayed.

Reservation Types in FSM can be found under the Time slot types option.

If no anonymized description value is set in /PACG/ECM_CPRTA for a given company, the reservation types in FSM will be the same as Att./Abs. type text in transaction /PACG/ECM_T554S.

Let's set a value "abc" for Company 1 in transaction /PACG/ECM_CPRTA, save it and trigger its sending via transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_PRERT.

Reservation types in FSM have become anonymous, equal to the value set in /PACG/ECM_CPRTA (anonymized description).

The same can be noticed on the dispatching board.
