Use this transaction to manually transfer technician skills from SAP ECC/S4 to FSM.

The relevant skills will be determined based on setting ‘Skill source’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_SKTAG - General settings Skill_Tag.

 

Automatic transfer with Employee

Employee’s skills are also transferred automatically during Employee transfer, e.g. by updating a user in transaction /PACG/ECM_MAINT_USER - FSM users. No additional customizing is required to enable it. The result is identical compared to executing transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_SKILL -Skill send for a specific company and personnel number.
