/PACG/ECM_TRIG_SCALL - Service Call (formerly /PACG/ECM_SCALL)

This transaction is used for manual sending of service order from SAP ERP backend to FSM Cloud.

Please note that in a normal case sending service order is an automatic process triggered by changes in transactions IW31/32.

Send Service Call only

It allows sending Service Call without any related objects (such as address, tasks etc) that are send along with service order in a usual case.

Send activity

Together with service calls, transfer also the related activities. In the older service packs, activities would be sent by default.

Technical remark: the service call selection class (/PACG/ECM_CL_S_SEL_SCALL) no longer triggers transfer of activities by default. Activities are still automatically transferred to FSM after saving a service order, but now it’s only triggered from the so-called ASA event. This helps to avoid repeated/unnecessary activity transfer.
