Create teams in SAP

Navigate to transaction /PACG/ECM_TEAM and create a new entry in the ‘Teams’ view.

 

Fill the company ID and team name (validation date range and shift fields are optional).

 

From Release 2105 in transaction /PACG/ECM_TEAM it is also possible to add team description which will be visible in FSM MasterData tab “teams”.

 

 

The rest of the fields, including Team GUID will be filled automatically after pressing the enter button.

 

Saving the view triggers sending the new team to SAP FSM within an idoc of type /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_TEAM.

 

In SAP FSM the team can be found via:

  • Query API – as a team Object (Select i from Team i where i.name = ‘Team SAP 1001’)

 

  • FSM mobile app – in the ‘Teams’ tab
