Fixed determination of issuing storage location during the process of taking reserved material to own stock.

Sending of equipment subhierarchy has been fixed. Overwrite equipment subhierarchy settings directly in the sending transaction.

/PACG/ECM_VERSION should from now on display proper message in case of missing configuration in SLG0.

The ‘Use E4C activity object’ parameter in program /PACG/ECS_SETUP is now hidden.
