Valuation type (split valuation)
With split valuation, a technician on site can choose whether to use a new material or a refurbished one, less expensive, to perform his work.
Split valuation for materials does not require any dedicated customizing in the FSM Cloud Connector.
A material should be related to a valuation type, which can be checked in transaction MM02, tab ‘Accounting 1’.
Such a material is not marked as managed by batch.
In SAP FSM the valuation type appears as a batch but as mentioned before this material is not batch-managed.
