Automatically close activities after technical completion of the related service order
In https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/2094727169 enable field ‘Finalize confirmations after checkout’ for a test order type in a test company, e.g. order type ZS01, company 8).
In transaction https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/37135809 set the system status ‘Technically completed’ as ‘C outstanding’ for the test company. Make sure the activity status is set to ‘5’ as well.
Create a service order of type defined in https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/2094727169 .
Notice that the activity related to this service order has status ‘open’.
Its execution stage in FSM is ‘execution’.
Carry out technical completion of the service order (system status TECO).
Notice that the status of the related activity has changed to ‘closed’.
The execution stage in FSM has changed to ‘closed’ as well.
