/PACG/ECM_TRIG_HLDAS - Trigger transfer of Holiday Assignments

It is recommended to use the joint transaction https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/564166714 to transfer holiday calendars, holidays and assignments at once.

Use transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_HLDAS to transfer holiday calendar assignments from SAP ECC/S4 to SAP FSM.

Holiday calendar assignments are sent in idocs of type /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_HOLCALASS. In SAP FSM a user can be assigned to one calendar only.

Holiday calendar assignments follow the rules presented on the diagram below:

Use work center for holiday calendar determination

ADD-ON 200 SP04

Starting from add-on 200, SP04, apart from Personnel Subareas and Plants, calendar assignments can be determined also based on work center’s calendar:

Assignment of a technician to a holiday calendar will be determined based on their work center’s factory calendar’s holiday calendar. Holiday calendar assignments are sent:

only for active and plannable FSM-relevant technicians (maintained in transaction /PACG/ECM_MAINT_USER) whose work centers belong to the plant assigned to object ‘HOLIDAYCALENDAR’ for a given company
if in transaction /PACG/ECM_HCAL - Holiday calendar customizing, field Cal Source is set to ‘Work center’.
