Check the ‘Include all child Org IDs’ field to send allocations for the specified organization and additionally all its sub-level organizations.

Organizational allocation maintenance

Users' allocation to an organization entity and role assignment should be maintained in transaction https://proaxia-prod-doc.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/508755969, view ‘Organization level allocation’. Saving the view should trigger automatic transfer of allocation to SAP FSM. Usage of the transfer transaction is recommended only in justified cases.
