ALE and IDOC

The following ALE/IDOC configuration steps must be performed:

Create a Logical System

For each FSM company, a logical system has to be created. Use transaction SALE to maintain them:

Preferably, one logical system for each company. Development transport necessary. Choose an ID according to company rules, „/” or „_” do not fit SAP’s recommendation

Create a Distribution Model

Use transaction SALE to maintain ALE distribution model:

After starting the transaction SALE, switch into change mode. Define one distribution model for one FSM company.

No transport necessary. Action needed in all systems.

Create a Partner

For maintenance of partners, use transaction WE20. FSM Cloud Connector uses Partner type LS. Add one partner for one FSM company.

No transport necessary. Action needed in all systems.

Create a Port

Port should be added with transaction WE21:

You need one port for one FSM Company.
