9.6 Sign Purchase Order
After the user has selected the Sign Purchase Order, the Digitally Sign button should be clicked. The order document is displayed with two options on the right Customer Signature and Employee Signature. The user selects them sequentially. A pop-up window for the signature is displayed for these options. When both signatures are added, the user can save the document. In the Related tab and in the Printable Files section, two other files have been created, the Vehicle Purchase Order Signed Document which is the Purchase Order Document, in PDF format and contains the signatures of the customer and the employee along with the Vehicle Purchase Handover Document.
