Resource Planner

Application resource planner gives the user a good, clear overview of resource availability as well as the possibility to assign new reservations, absences etc.

The available options presented in this part are:

Customizable view

First important functionality is the customizable view. The user can choose (from predefined on backend ranges) which overview he wants to see first. There are following possibilities:

Show legend

Next function is the display of the legend. User can at any time check the meaning of colors etc.

In the customizing it is possible to define which Interval Types (e.g. Demands, Absences) are shown and editable by the User.

Add

Selecting one or more resources it is possible to add additional entries to the capacity planning.
There are three groups possible:

• Absence
• Reservation
• Availability

Entries within the main groups are loaded from customizing and can be simply extended.

By clicking on the date on the top of the overview it is possible to change the date as chosen from calendar.

Search and filter

Search bar includes filters which can be saved as “My Views”.

Resource planner provides also search bar only for searching filters.

Copy/paste function

It is possible to copy an entry from one employee to another, by clicking with the right mouse click on the task.
