This section describes in general, the requirement in setting up the Digital Payment Framework. You are required to go through these settings before you execute the application.
1.1. Prerequisites
To start setup the VSS Digital Payment Framework on your system, there are some preconditions required:
Refer to the chapter Digital Payment Framework in the VSS Configuration Guide for detail on how to setup Digital Payment Framework.
To get more technical details, please see the document Installation Guide for the latest version of VSS.
The VSS add-on is installed on the target system.
SAP VSS processes are already configured.
SAP ArchiveLink is configured and running in target system.
Digital Payment Framework utilizes SAP ArchiveLink to store generated Payment Receipt PDF documents. Information about ArchiveLink can be found in SAP Help under the following link:

In case of payment integration with SAP Digital Payment Add-on, the following are required:
a. Subscription to SAP Digital Payment Add-On services on SAP Cloud Platform
b. Access to Global Account (GA) in the SAP BTP cockpit
c. Subaccount (SaaS Tenant) is created in Global Account (GA)
d. User Account with Payment Service Provider (PSP)

Customizing and Application Settings
With the introduction of the Digital Payment Framework in VSS 5.0, the VSS SPRO customizing menu tree is updated with the “Digital Payment Framework” customizing menu.
Transaction code: /DBE/SPRO or /DBE/DP_SPRO
Path: In Customizing for Logistics Execution, choose Vehicle Sales and Service (VSS) > Common Function > Digital Payment Framework.
In addition to the customizing, a new menu tree is also added to the SAP Easy Access menu tree for the Digital Payment Framework related master data maintenance and application settings.
Path: SAP Easy Access screen, choose Logistics > Logistics Execution > Vehicle Sales and Service > Digital Payment Framework.
