Customer Management

In Vehicle Sales and Service, you can create the following customer types:

  • Person
    You can use this customer type for individuals who purchase goods or services.
  • Organization
    You can use this customer type for organizations that you do business with, for example fleet customers.

You can use the Customer Cockpit for customer-related activities, such as creating a customer and documenting customer visits. You use Activity Management for customer interactions, while Complaints Management allows you to handle customer complaints efficiently.
