The customizing provided solution where user can define what type of Item must be transferred to FSM. Following parameters can be defined:
Property | Description |

Company | Define FSM Company ID. |
Transaction Type | Define what transaction type (Service Order type) must be taken into consideration. This parameter is chosen during Service Order creation. |
Item category | Item category define what type of Item will be relevant for sending to the FSM Cloud. A multiple Item categories can be assigned to the same Transaction type. Item category can be selected in Item section on Service Order. |
Relevant for Activity | When this checkbox is active based on Transaction type and Item category system will send Activity to the FSM Cloud (status must be ‘Released’). |
