This transaction is used to display and change details related to FSM activity.

The transaction screen is divided in multiple tabs consisting of different information such as organizational data, activity details, partner data, remarks and dates.

The transaction includes links to different transactions so that user can click on order, functional location or equipment and be transferred to the chosen screen to view more details related to the object.

Please note that some information such as basic activity data, workflow step, check out and supporting technicians is read-only.

Starting from FSM Cloud Connector add-on 200 SP04, the message "Customer XXX not maintained for sales area xxxx xx xx" is no longer displayed during activity creation/change and no longer blocks other tabs - customer’s sales area is not crucial for new activities.
