The functionality is not implemented for network and notification-based service calls.

This enables assigning each FSM service assignment status to a service order header or operation user status.

  • FSM Comp ID - Company ID for which setting is valid

  • Type – Relevant service order type

  • Typ – Relevant notification type

  • StatProf – Status profile that will be used. The program will check /pacg/ecm_sctdus entries for default status profile.

  • UsrSt – User status that will be set

  • Level - controls whether status should be set on order’s or operation’s level

  • Direction - controls direction of status updates

  • RN CHKT - with this option enabled checkout process starts for a status for which this flag was enabled

Please note that in case of a service order with more than one operation or service order with the operation linked with multiple requirement assignments, the status maintained on the service order header will be applied to all operations/ all activities in FSM.

In case of two way direction set up, the workflow step assigned to one of the operations in FSM will result in the service order status change and then the workflow steps of other activities will be updated as well.
