Before usage, make sure that IDOC Class for message type /PACG/ECM_EQUI is set to /PACG/ECM_CL_S_IDOC_O_EQUI2 in transaction /PACG/ECM_CLSASSIG - FSM Connector's Outgoing Messages Configuration.
Transfer equipment/functional location to SAP FSM as soft deleted, deleted, inactive, active or not at all based on system or user status of the transferred object.
Note that this transaction does not serve the purpose of a filter. Equipment/Functional location objects with statuses not matching any entry will be transferred using the standard processing.
This customizing will not be read, if Equipment/Functional Location is transferred using the dedicated sending transaction and any of the following checkboxes are checked:
Inactive flag
Soft delete flag
Delete flag
Also, please note that in case of missing “owner”/business partner, equipment will be sent as deleted, unless option ‘No owner Equi’ is checked in transaction /PACG/ECM_EQ1.
Eq/FuLo | Specify if the customizing entry is applicable to Equipment or Functional Location objects. |
---|---|
SysSt | Specify the system status code which will be searched during Equipment/Functional location transfer. Use search help to easily find a status by its description. Note that status I0076 (deletion flag) has the highest priority. If set for an equipment and maintained in this customizing, it will overwrite all other customizing entries. It is recommended to use either system statuses or user statuses in this customizing. If both are entered in one entry, it is first checked if equipment has the entered system status set, and if not found, the user status is checked (alternative instead of conjunction). |
UsrSt | Specify the user status code which will be searched during Equipment/Functional location transfer. Use search help to easily find a status by its description. |
Send as | ACTIVE Transfer Equipment/Functional Locations with the specified status as active (not deleted, nor inactive). This option can be used for status I0076 (deletion flag). By default, equipment/functional location with deletion flag will be transferred to SAP FSM as permanently deleted (transaction type D). Set this option to transfer the object as non-deleted instead. Idoc properties:
|
SOFT DELETED (REVERSIBLE) Transfer Equipment/Functional Locations with the specified status as soft deleted (not visible in API but available in the FSM database). Idoc properties:
| |
DELETED PERMANENTLY Transfer Equipment/Functional Locations with the specified status as permanently deleted (irreversible).
Idoc properties:
| |
DO NOT SEND Do not transfer Equipment/Functional Locations with the specified status to SAP FSM. Idoc properties: no idoc generated | |
INACTIVE Transfer Equipment/Functional Locations with the specified status as inactive. Idoc properties:
| |
Priority | Equipment/functional location can have many statuses which match more than one customizing entry (e.g. equipment has 10 statuses and 3 of them are maintained in this customizing). Determine which status entry should be used first in case of such a conflict. The higher value signifies higher importance. E.g. if equipment has 3 statuses set and maintained in the customizing - I0100 with sort value 8, I0030 with sort value 5 and I0200 with sort value 1, customizing for status I0100 will be used. If equipment didn’t have this status set, the next one would be used - I0030. If equipment/functional location has status I0076 (deletion flag) and this status is maintained in the customizing, such an entry will always be used first, regardless of the sorting values. No sort values If status I0076 (deletion flag) is not set for equipment or maintained in the customizing and no sorting values were specified, ascending alphabetical order of status codes applies - the first customizing entry will be used. E.g. if equipment has statuses I0320 and I0100 both set and maintained in this customizing, properties entered for status I0100 will be used. |
Do not send in full sync | Do not send equipment/functional location with the specified status in full sync. Note that inactive and deleted objects are never transferred to SAP FSM during full sync (regardless of this flag). |
