This is the transaction for manual sending of service order status from SAP ERP backend to FSM Cloud. Statuses of SAP Service Orders are stored in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCSTD. It references SAP Standard Statuses and defines the mapping to the Status of Cloud Service Call
