Currently feedback code filtering is only available in iOS mobile apps.
Maintain a list of items valid for an activity code in a given company. Equipment items will be checked against this list.
In the FSM mobile app activity codes can be filtered based on equipment item.
From SAP perspective, the item is SerData material (to be checked in IE03).
The specified code (fields ‘Code’, ‘Codegroup’, ‘Catalog’) won’t be displayed during creation of a feedback code related to an equipment whose item is entered in the ‘Material’ field.
Before using this transaction, make sure that code groups and levels are properly maintained in transactions /PACG/ECM_SERCD and /PACG/ECM_SERFP.
After saving, resend the relevant codegroup with transaction /PACG/ECM_TRIG_SERCD - Activity Codes from SAP Inspection Catalog Codes.
Idocs of type /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_SRERRCOD should be generated, one for a code group and each code belonging to it. Items specified in transaction /PACG/ECM_SECMA should be listed in an idoc storing the relevant’s code data.
Successful sending can be confirmed by FSM query - the new ActivityCode object should have the ‘Items’ field filled.
