Prerequisites
You define up-selling or cross-selling for each order at the item level. The options for up-selling or cross-selling can be displayed, selected, and copied into an existing order. For example, a part can be replaced by another valid part or package (comprising part and labor value).
You can access the order processing function either directly in the system or using the SAP NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC).
[ACCORDION-BEGIN Step 1:]
If you are using the SAP NetWeaver Business Client (SAP NWBC) 4.0 for Desktop, access it from DBM Master > Vehicle Processing > Order Processing > Order Processing.
