ADD-ON 200 SP08

Specify a deletion action for a given object type whose attachment was stored as GOS. The field ‘ERP object ID’ can be left empty, such an entry will apply to all object types.

Deletion in FSM

[ ] - Remove all links and the file. This includes so-called inherited attachments (see attachment inheriting options in transaction /PACG/ECM_ACTIVE – General Properties of E4C Activity). Inherited attachments will be deleted both from SAP ECC/S4 and FSM.

R - Remove only link to the object from which attachment was deleted in FSM.

N - No action. Do not delete any link/file in SAP ECC/S4 after attachment deletion in FSM.
