In the ‘Teams’ view of transaction /PACG/ECM_TEAM select a team meant to be deleted and click ‘Delete’, as shown below.
Together with the team, all the related team members and owners can be removed.
Saving the view triggers generation of a /PACG/ECM_ITYPE_TEAM idoc with deletion indicator in the /PACG/ECM_IS_CONTROL segment.
If all the dependent entries were deleted from SAP, additional /PACG/ECM_TEAM_FRAME idocs will be generated – also with deletion indicator.
Successful deletion can be checked in SAP FSM Query API by trying to select the deleted team and related team time frames, as shown below.
In table /PACG/ECM_TEAMM (FSM Team) the deleted entry has the ‘Deletion indicator’ field marked.
The dependent entries (team members) in table /PACG/ECM_TEAMF (FSM Team Time Frame) have the ‘Deletion indicator’ field marked as well.
