Specify default values for WBS service calls and activities.

Default customer for service calls

If no customer is found for a WBS service call, the default customer entered in this transaction will be used as the service call’s business partner.

Default start/end time of activities

WBS elements cannot be assigned time, only dates. Use fields ‘Start of-’ and ‘End of Activity’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTDF - WBS (Service call) - Default values to set default activity start/end time (during activity creation). Otherwise, activity time will be set as ’08:00:00 – 16:00:00’. This will be overwritten after dispatching the activity on the planning board in SAP FSM.
