Through customer consignment. The case when a component of type "L" is entered. The Connector sends a reserved material with quantity, while the shipped quantity is equal to 0. After a goods movement in SAP (631) the old reserved material entry is deleted in FSM and a new one with quantity and shipped quantity is created.

Settings:

Transaction /PACG/ECM_IWLON, movements type: goods issue for order, goods issue for order with special stock, goods issue consignment lending, goods issue consignment return delivery. Recommended SAP default movement type 261, 261 (W), 631, 631(W), 632, 632(W).

In Transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTDM has to be configured:  GI Movement, GI Movement Consignment, RMAt Mvt Consumption, Book Component, RMAT SS, Standard – Standard and RMAT SC Standard to Consignment. We can use SAP default movement types for this process like 311, 261, 631 and negative to them.

In transaction /PACG/ECM_RMGM has to be configured action for goods issue and goods issue consignment lending. We can use default SAP movement type.

In table /PACG/ECM_ARMAT after all SD configuration reserved material should be like on picture above. (type “S” and value in field “shipped”)

Use in FSM

It is a material consumption (261) with the special stock "W" 

Take to own stock

There are two possibilities:

  • Technician has a standard storage location. Then CS (Consignment -> Standard) material movement will be used:

 

 

  • Technician has a consignment stock. There are two steps necessary. 1st for transferring to a transfer storage location:


Transfer Consignment → Standard SLOC -> Consignment 


And 2nd for booking to the technician consignment stock:
 

 

When material is taken to consignment stock then We have two material documents first for post material on customer consignment stock and second for technician consignment stock.
