The configuration is needed to use the standard SAP statuses (JEST) with assigned/used tools in service orders and FSM. This configuration contains:
· Status profile to be used
· Status mapping between FSM status and SAP status
The customizing is organized in form of a cluster where in the first step the user selects the status profile and then relevant statuses can be picked.
