Use
This function enables you to create and process DBM orders.
In Order Processing (/DBM/ORDER), you can identify existing orders according to customer, vehicle, and order data using the order search function (see Order Search), and then call up and change the order. You can also create and call up all vehicle orders from the vehicle master record.
You can also create print messages in the order.

Features
When you create an order, you control the order process based on order type. By choosing an order type, you determine the type of settlement and thereby cover the following business processes:
- Vehicle quotations (based on vehicle or model)
- Vehicle sales
- Vehicle service
- Cash sales of parts
- Returns and credit memos
- Warranty cases for vehicles and parts
Once you have saved the order, you can no longer change the order type. You can delete a created order only before you carry out goods movements or send confirmation.
If you want to bill individual jobs rather than the entire order, perform an order split.
You can use the Copy function to select data of an existing source order and copy it to a new target order.
