By default, this is run on "Test Mode" mode only. the ‘Test mode’ flag is enabled. It must be run after the first FSM Cloud Connector installation and each service pack update.

If initially, sales activity was intended in the past and then later E4C activity is now required, there will be a need to do a reset to default values first with the "Reset to default values" and then again with the "Use E4C activity object". Note also there is a migration program (Migration of Sales activities to E4C FSM activities ) for migrating sales activity to e4c activity. |
