If initially, sales activity was intended in the past and then later E4C activity is now required, there will be a need to do a reset to default values first with the "Reset to default values" and then again with the "Use E4C activity object". Note also there is a migration program (Migration of Sales activities to E4C activities ) for migrating sales activity to e4c activity. |
