After completing steps described on page /wiki/spaces/PFCC/pages/5770599 ALE and IDOC, the following steps must be performed using transactions delivered with FSM Cloud Connector (area menu /PACG/EC):

Table of Contents

Execute the Setup program

Execute /PACG/ECM_SETUP - FSM Connector's Setup so that plenty of settings (mostly technical) can be maintained automatically.

...

Setup program should be started for each FSM company. Each FSM company is defined by Model View, Partner and Port (you have created them in the previous steps). Use F4 Search to select them.

The first execution should be in test mode. The second one with the ‘Test mode’ checkbox inactive.

...

Once you execute the program, the protocol will be presented. Make sure that there are no red logs.

...

Create an FSM company definition

Use transaction /PACG/ECM_COMP - Company definition to create a definition of an FSM Company in FSM Cloud Connector. The entered Company ID does not equal FSM company name, it’s an internal ID used e.g. in various customizing transactions to refer to a given company. Enter the relevant logical system into the field ‘Logical system’.

Enter company languages

Use transaction /PACG/ECM_LANG - Language Definition to specify which languages are relevant for a given FSM company.

Maintain mapping between company ID and FSM company/account

Use transaction /PACG/ECM_CACC - Company account assignment to map company ID and FSM company/account.

Optionally define a cloud user

Define one cloud user to be later used for testing communication. Enter its personnel number in transaction /PACG/ECM_MAINT_USER - FSM users. Make sure its personnel area is defined as relevant for a given FSM company in transaction /PACG/ECM_PAAS - Personnel Area assignments.
