You can access the target/actual comparison in the DBM VSS order to check whether the actual times recorded deviate from the target working times for the order. This enables you to, for example, determine whether an invoice can be logically created and avoid miscalculations due to incorrectly recorded working times.

The target/actual comparison is integrated into the DBM VSS order.
You can use the BAdI Calculations for Target - Actual Comparison /DBMDBE/BADI_TM_TARGET_ACTUAL for programming, to:

• Change the target/actual output data to, for example, enable the time to be specified in industry minutes
• Calculate the actual data and prices for the order

Prerequisites

• In Customizing for Dealer Business Management (DBMVehicle Sales and Service (VSS) under Order > User Interface Control > Order Layout > Assign Criteria, the order type of the order is assigned a layout that includes the target/actual comparison.
• In Customizing for Dealer Business Management (DBMVehicle Sales and Service (VSS) under Service > Time Management > Global General Settings > Define Variance Tolerances for Target/Actual Comparison, you have determined at which deviation percentage the traffic light is displayed red, yellow or green.
