VSS
Target_Actual Comparison in VSS Order
You can access the target/actual comparison in the VSS order to check whether the actual times recorded deviate from the target working times for the order. This enables you to, for example, determine whether an invoice can be logically created and avoid miscalculations due to incorrectly recorded working times.
Integration
The target/actual comparison is integrated into the VSS order.
You can use the BAdI Calculations for Target - Actual Comparison /DBE/BADI_TM_TARGET_ACTUAL for programming, to:
- Change the target/actual output data to, for example, enable the time to be specified in industry minutes
- Calculate the actual data and prices for the order
Prerequisites
- In Customizing for Vehicle Sales and Service (VSS) under Order > User Interface Control > Order Layout > Assign Criteria, the order type of the order is assigned a layout that includes the target/actual comparison.
- In Customizing for Vehicle Sales and Service (VSS) under Service > Time Management > General Settings > Define Variance Tolerances for Target/Actual Comparison, you have determined at which deviation percentage the traffic light is displayed red, yellow or green.
Features
When you access the Target/Actual Comp. tab page in a workshop order, the system creates a current target/actual comparison of the working times.
The system displays:
- Actual-Target Overview: a view with the total target and actual time for the entire order, the deviation in hours and a traffic light that displays the status of the order. Depending on the deviation tolerances determined in Customizing, the traffic light for the current order is red, yellow, or green.
- Cumulated Amount per Employee: a view with the following details:
- Employee's name
- Personnel number
- Total recorded times for each employee
- Total target times for each employee. The proportionate target times for each employee are calculated using the following formula:
- Target time (employee) = target time (total) * [actual time (employee) / actual time (total)]
- Unit of measure
- Currency
- Trade price: actual times multiplied by the cost rate of the appropriate mechanic. The cost rate depends on the data stored in the HR master record in the Plant, Master Service Type and Sending Cost Center fields of infotype 315 for the mechanics.
- Sales price: cumulated value of all work positions multiplied by the respective allocation value.
- Times and prices for each employee as well as a total row with the total target and actual times and the sales and purchase prices for the total order.
- Single Time Stamps: a view with the individual stamps from CATS and the employees that have clocked on an order, but have not yet completed it. These are displayed as red.
