/PACG/ECM_WBS - WBS (Service call) - Definition

Define how the subject of the service call in FSM is determined: 

  • Short text: Send only the first line of the long text in the SAP service call WBS. FSM is able only to accept up to a max of 512 bytes for the service call header subject. 

  • Long text: This will send all the lines entered in the long text of the SAP ERP service order up to a max length of 512 bytes for the service call header subject.

  • Activity number + activity WBS short text

  • Service call WBS ID + activity WBS short text

  • Only activity WBS short text

The first line of the service call WBS description is kept in remarks in service call in FSM. If disabled, lines 2+ are added to service call remarks.

Add SrvOrd long text to activities' remarks

/PACG/ECM_WBS - WBS (Service call) - Definition

Service call WBS’s long text (if exists) is added to the remarks of newly created activities. For activities created in SAP this text is added to the remarks and concatenated with operation's long text.
