Apart from the most commonly used PM order integration approach (SAP S/4HANA & ECC Customer Service (CS) Integration), FSM Cloud Connector also supports:
network-based service calls (SAP S/4HANA & ECC Project System (PS) Integration, Network order integration)
notification-based service calls (Service notification based service calls)
WBS-based service calls (WBS element integration)
MCSO integration (Advanced Execution Service Order)
Each approach has a different set of service call definition transactions.
