Checklists

Checklists, also known as Smartforms are an SAP FSM functionality serving the purpose of creating guidelines for technicians regarding service execution. Smartform templates can be easily designed using a flexible design interface. Once a template is prepared and has its status set as released, it can be assigned to an activity. The technician can later fill the checklist on the mobile app while working on the activity. Data recorded on the mobile device is stored in the cloud and available immediately in the ERP for further processing.
