Maintain Checklist Items

A check list item is a specific activity which the Service Advisor may perform during the Reception/Hand-Over process. A Checklist Item should be assigned to a Checklist Screen. In a Business Scenario is possible to have one or more Checklist Screens, depending on the business requirements.


Define Checklist Items

Here we can define Checklist Items.

Maintain settings


FieldDescription

Check item id

Unique checklist item id. Only for internal use.

Check Item

Description of the Checklist Item. It will be visible on the MSA.

Repair Description

If the Item is not marked as ‘’To be Repaired’’ the Repair Description will be automatically copied. Attention: if a checklist item is saved without repair description, the item will not appear in the screen. So is recommended to fill out the data completely.

Assign Check List Items To Screen

Previously defined checklist items are assigned to the relevant checklist screen.

FieldDescription

Screen

The application’s screen number where the item should be placed

SI

Indicates the position of the item in the list on chosen MSA app’s screen.

Check item id

The check item id

Check item

Description of the check list (display only)

Repair Description

The description of the repair displayed if the check list item gets negative check result. (display only)


The combination of the two tables will result in properly defined walkaround checklist.
