Internal Appointment Scheduling- UI5

The Service Resource Scheduling is split to OAS and UIS.

UI5 is a part of SRS application that is used by a service desk worker.

This person thanks to the application can analyze  incoming appointments, assign them to resources. Other words he can plan the work.
