In case of reassigning a component which is shipped and at the same time partially used, the ‘used’/'moved' quantities must be sent from SAP to FSM. To enable it, check the field ‘Usd/Tr SAP’ in transaction /PACG/ECM_WRHQUANT -Quantities to send. Otherwise, after sending the reserved material for the new operation’s activity, used quantities will be reset and technicians will be able to use all shipped parts.

Starting from SP5 for add-on 200, component’s operation reassignment is reflected in SAP FSM. This includes both unshipped and shipped components.

Example

The component reassignment will have impact only when reserved materials are created on activity level, see transaction /PACG/ECM_SCTD:

Additionally, a new reserved material idoc is generated, with reference to the second operation’s activity. As a consequence, the reserved material is now displayed only for the second activity.
