Select a custom RFC Connection. A new configuration option allows processing of incoming messages in the foreground instead of background (synchronous vs. asynchronous processing). ‘New’ FSM Cockpit
A new method of collecting data was introduced speeding up significantly process of reading IDocs in the FSM Cockpit
Optimisation of attachments' sending (to FSM)
Before this change, in order to send an attachment to FSM it was necessary to send entire object to which was added. With new release FSM Connector is capable of sending selected attachments omitting their parent objects.
Change background task processing of /PACG/ECM_S_INPUT
There is a new config option which allows processing of incoming messages in the foreground instead of background. This can improve performance in the systems where background processing is heavily loaded
BUS2088 release event disabled
BUS2088 Released event was raising an event of type /PACG/ECM_CL_S_EVENT_SERVORD. The same event is raised on save of an order casing the first one to be redundant. With new release relevant configuration entry will not be added by setup report any more.

Service calls configuration redesign
Commonly used configuration /PACG/ECM_SCTD got entirely redesign and two new transactions were created in order to replace this one. One of them is based on a cluster view grouping configuration options into dedicated screens and the other one is an ALV grid based.
Setting ‘Customer source’ got removed from the service orders related configurations
From the transaction /PACG/ECM_SCSTD settings related to standard SAP sales activities were removed
A search help was added to ‘Status’ field in the ‘Sending Service Call - Requirements’ configuration
Suppress sending activities with service order
FSM activities are no longer sent to FSM unconditionally together with the service orders (of course activities are still sent to FSM on creation or change) however related sending program kept (new checkbox was added) the option of sending them on request.
