This is These transactions are used for the case scenario where a service notification (with a task) is created first before a service order. Service notification is then sent as a service call to FSM. Hence, the final service order generated for the service notification should not be sent again to FSM.

It is required to maintain assignment of the ‘SNOTC’ object - preferably Sales Area Assignment.
