Service notification based service calls

These transactions are used for the scenario where a service notification (with a task) is created first before a service order. Service notification is then sent as a service call to FSM. Hence, the final service order generated for the service notification should not be sent again to FSM.

Please note that in order to close FSM activities corresponding to the notification tasks deleted in SAP, it is necessary that at least one status for object service notification is set to "outstanding" in transaction /PACG/ECM_SCSTD - Status of the Service Call
